SOE gear and owner John willis are cowards and will *** over. they take customers money and never deliver.

i told the people at eagle industries about him and they told me he is a second grade joke. Never give your money to this *** artist. I ordered 7 pouches and 2 rigs, 1200 bucks of stuff, never received. going on 1 year now and nothing.

i emailed this loser twice and he told me to go **** myself.

I read some of the other view on here and the posters should email me so we can go to a prosecutor or attorney general and file lawsuits. shut him down, very evil man, multiple felony convictions, very shady.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I e been an SOE customer since like 2011. And never once have i had an issue.

In fact, the only time i hear about people having problems are when *** people dont read the big words at the top of the page before they order. 8-12weeks or no ETA depending on what custom gear you want. If the complaining cant read the big *** letters in the website, he shouldnt be angry at john. He should be angry at his *** self.

Everything ive ordered from SOE was always met with top notch customer service.

And the quality of the gear is above the quality of everything similar on the market.

I've been a SOE customer for 3 years and have never had an issue with their products or customer service. I have several open orders but I was warned at purchase that they were out of stock and would not be made again until demand warranted.

No ETA doesn't mean when you get tired of waiting for an item or when you think it should be ready. You really should not buy online if you can't adhere to the sales agreement.

I have been a customer of SOE for over 10 years. The majority of the items I have ordered over the years have arrived in a timely fashion.

Some have taken longer as they were not in stock at the time of purchase. The website clearly states in bold red font if an item is not in stock and also states there is no ETA for out of stock items. Also, it is company policy that, due to the nature of the business, deployed military and/or emergency personnel have first priority in product delivery. His products are all handmade in the USA in a small business which has expanded at least 4 times in an attempt to meet customer demand.

I have personally seen John work past midnight on many occasions in order to get products out to every continent. Personally, John is the type of guy that will do anything for his customers and friends. I visited the shop during a sever thunderstorm and tornado. We drove to many locations helping people.

Even cutting fallen trees from a local Kindergarten so the children could get to school!

There are a few disgruntled customers that have attacked him online. Some of whom which create fake profiles in order to continue harassing him and his company.

Did you give John your order number when you asked about the order? Were the items noted NO ETA?

I've spent several hundred dollars for his products.

Order numbers or it didn't happen. Nothing says *** more than not posting proof of orders.

SOE's policies are CLEARLY STATED before you order. They are a great company and they take care of their customers.

What they don't do is allow *** to run over them. Get over yourself.

If you aren't smart enough to read the "Bold Red Print" that says "No ETA" that's your problem. It also states that ordering a no eta item constitutes as a pre-order no refunds.

It's clearly stated in 3-4 places during checkout.

Now you're butthurt and trying to get people to feel sorry for you.

Long time SOE customer here, I have ordered multiple times and have always gotten a fast and polite reply and also gotten my items in a VERY timely manner. Reading IS fundamental, and you probably ordered things that said "NO ETA" and also you managed to miss the "NO REFUNDS" that is stated multiple times upon checkout. The issue is with you and not the seller.

I call BS what stuff did you buy for $1200? I've spent thounds with John and the soe crew and never once had an issue. When I made a mistake Amanda Willis fixed it ASAP and was very nice and polite about it.

Don't have my order numbers handy but I have 3 belts 3 chest rigs 5 "mystery" boxes tool bag tool pod countless combat *** mags cards shotgun round cards and still have 3 open orders. Quality takes time, you want BS gear bass pro has China junk in Stock.

SOE has always been great to me and I have always received my products. I have even emailed John a few times and have always received a fast response. This person sounds like he has buyers remorse and was looking for a refund.

As a customer of SOE I can confirm that SOE has never stole anyone's money. They are clear on their website that items have no ETA.

If you order one of those items, it will be take some time to get it out to you. So it's up to you if you want to order or not and if you want to GIVE your money to them. If you email them from a military or law enforcement address it may help your order to get expedited.

But a conversation with the owner will be needed. Also anyone who acts like a *** or is demanding towards the staff at SOE, that in it's self won't help your situation.
