I placed an order for my son on Black Friday 2014 and still have not received it one year later. When I emailed him Dec.
2014 he was rude and blamed me for not reading the fine print. He even told me he was going to talk about me on his morning breakfast blog which he did. I emailed him on Black Friday this year asking for a refund since it'd been a year. Without an order number he wouldn't refund.
He refused to look up the order number even though he looked it up for me last Dec. It can't take a year to produce products or he'd be out of business.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Fine print? NO ETA, PRE ORDER, NON REFUNDABLE. In BIG BOLD LETTERS. Twice the size of all other text on the page.
At the very top of the page. In red letters when all other text is black. I don't know how much more non fine print it could be. In fact its totally in your face.
You guys find this totally obscure website to complain on. That means you have complained and talked about SOE dozens of other times. You are doing exactly what I want you to do. You guys drive so much traffic to me.
you are the same guys that eat the entire meal then complain to the server demanding to see the manager to get a free meal. You raise your voices and make a scene and the managers just give you a free meal so you will go away and not make a scene. You will get no free meal and I will make an example of you. You feel wronged and angered and now spend you free time advertising for me.
For free. The people you tell know what kind of person you are and are driven to check out my company and become customers.
Someone's too ignorant to understand what "NO ETA" means.
